Terms
1. Eligibility This service is available to anyone listing a property for sale agents, homeowners, or representatives.
2. Payment Terms You agree to pay the full balance of the service, including a $100 fee, upon successful sale of the property. No upfront payment is required.
3. Risk-Free Guarantee If the property doesn't sell, you pay nothing. We assume all the risk for the shoot.
4. Automated Billing We monitor your listings status and will issue an invoice automatically within 14 days of the property closing. You don't have to do anything.
5. Payment Window Invoices are due within 14 days of closing. After this period, a 10% late fee will apply.
6. Usage Rights Both parties us and you are free to use the delivered photos and videos immediately upon delivery. Full usage rights are granted from day one.
7. Cancellations We don't currently charge for cancellations, but we ask for at least 24 hours notice out of courtesy.
8. Refunds All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after payment has been made.
9. Liability Disclaimer We are not responsible for any outcomes related to the sale or performance of your listing. We create content not guarantees. You agree to use the media at your own discretion.
10. Non-Payment & Collections Failure to pay the invoice within the 14-day window will result in a 10% late fee and may be referred to collections. If legal action is required to recover payment, you agree to be responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to legal fees, court costs, and third-party collection agency fees.
